Good sending
Reaching the inbox and sending limits
How to keep your mail out of spam folders, and the daily limits.
Make sure your domain is fully set up
All DNS records — including SPF and DMARC — should be green on the domain page. Missing DKIM is the most common reason for mail landing in spam.
Daily limits
Each mailbox can send to a set number of recipients per day (see Pricing), and a message can have at most 200 recipients. Trials have a lower limit. The limits protect your domain’s reputation if a password is ever stolen.
Newsletters and bulk mail
Mailboxes are for person-to-person mail. Never send newsletters, purchased lists or cold bulk mail from them — see our Acceptable use policy. For newsletters to people who opted in, use Marketing (Business and Pro plans).
Bounces and complaints
Addresses that bounced permanently or marked your mail as spam are blocked automatically: webmail warns you while you write and refuses to send to them. If too many messages from your organization bounce or get complaints, sending is paused and the owners get an email so it can be checked.
