Billing
Plans, invoices and payments
Choosing a plan and currency, paying by card, bank transfer or bKash (BDT), renewals and invoices.
Choosing a plan
Open Billing → Choose a plan. Pick a plan, the number of mailboxes and monthly or yearly billing (yearly gives 2 months free). Prices are shown in US dollars, euros, pounds or Taka; the currency switcher at the top of the page changes it. The price you see is exactly what you pay. See Pricing.
Paying
- Card — through Stripe’s secure payment page.
- bKash — for invoices in Taka (BDT) only. Approve the payment on the bKash page with your PIN and OTP.
- Bank transfer or other offline payment — send the amount with your invoice number as reference, then enter the transaction ID on the invoice. We confirm it within one business day.
Changing your plan
More mailboxes or a bigger plan apply as soon as the prorated invoice is paid. A smaller plan or fewer mailboxes start at your next renewal.
Renewals and late payments
Your renewal invoice appears 7 days before the period ends. If it stays unpaid, sending is paused after 7 days (you still receive and read mail) and mailboxes are suspended after 21 days. Paying the invoice restores everything immediately.
Paying by card? Tick Save the card and the card is charged automatically at each renewal. You can switch Renew automatically off or remove the card in Billing at any time.
Stopping
There is no long-term contract. Turn off Renew automatically and don't pay the next renewal invoice, or ask us to close your organization. Email keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Copy your mail out with any IMAP mail app first — unpaid accounts may be deleted 60 days after the due date.
